You practice the test until you achieve a score of at least 80 — only then can you move on to the next test.

What's Left to Ask

Is it possible to pass without reading the law books?+

Yes, and that's exactly the method. Instead of reading hundreds of pages, you practice questions in the exam format and receive an explanation with a reference to the relevant clause for each one. The law is learned through its application, not through memorization.

How long does preparation take?+

It depends on your starting point and available time. Most people start a few months before the exam date. The system shows you where you stand at every stage, so the decision of when you're ready is based on data, not on a feeling.

I work full time — do I even have time for this?+

The system is mobile-optimized like an app, and the law book is recorded as audio. You can practice during time that would otherwise go to waste — while waiting, commuting, or on a break. A single-topic exam is 10 questions, short enough for a lunch break.

Is the material up to date?+

The material stays true to what you'll face on the exam — and that's not the same thing. The law book provided at the exam is updated through the end of 2020, and the exam is graded accordingly. Material updated to today's law could lead you to an answer that's correct in reality but wrong on the exam. And when the Ministry of Justice adds new material — such as the new Ethics Regulations 2024 — it is added to the system.

How long is the subscription valid?+

Until the exam date you selected — not by number of months. In Israel there are four exam dates per year, and you choose which one you're sitting. You can change your selection from the profile page.

What happens if you don't pass the first time?+

The subscription renews for free, with no limit on the number of times. Submit proof of your exam result within 30 days, and access is reopened until the next exam date. The system shows exactly which topics had gaps, so the second round is focused and doesn't start from scratch.

How do you register for the exam itself?+

Registration for the exam is done through the Registrar of Real Estate Agents at the Ministry of Justice, within a defined registration window for each exam date. We prepare you for the exam — registration for it is handled directly with them. Anyone who misses the registration window cannot sit that exam date, even if they are ready.
